After Friday evening's meeting at the NLO, where David showed the current location of Comet Garrad close to M71 to the accompaniment of the sound of rain hammering on the roof, the clouds later cleared to give a very clear night. I was out at midnight with a 70mm telescope and had a good view of the two objects, easy to find in Sagitta.
