Just a 'play' at the moment - this is the full sized image for IC1396, the "elephant's trunk" is top middle coming downwards. The image is a mosaic of 4 panels, all in H-alpha only at the moment, with a total of 24x10min subs. You'll see there's a lot more to IC1396 than just the trunk, it's a pretty big nebula. I also have SII in full across 3 panels at the moment and OIII acoss just 1 panel, so this is still WIP until I can get the full set of HA/OIII/SII across all panels to make the proper Hubble colour version.
