After buying the software over a year ago and having no luck with the NEQ6Pro mount, an update to the software sorted out the problem.
The image was taken in a terribly poor sky, lots of high cloud just to the side of an almost full moon.
12 subs each of 2 minutes in HA, stacked roughly in PS CS5

Software worked perfectly, all we need now is a clear sky to try it out fully.
